Mobile Coalescer Unit for serial connection with GreenOil Off-line Oil Filters

The mobile Coalescer is designed as an emergency unit for removal of water contamination in hydraulic and lubricating oil systems. The design facilitates connection to mulitple Off-line Filter installations where water contamination exceeds the capacity of the filter installed for normal operation.

The Coalescer Trolley is connected via quick couplers and flexible hoses in series to the normal filter and uses the pump of the off-line filter for oil circulation. The build on preheater ensures an optimal temperature for fast water separation. Once a water contamination is removed the Coalescer Trolley can be disconnected and moved to the next installation when needed.
