FRANKE FILTER oil mist separators
In cooperation with Franke Filter, Ditech supplies solutions designed to remove oil mist and oil vapour from industrial processes, improving air quality and protecting equipment.
Our solutions reduce wear on operating equipment and contribute to a healthier working environment for operators.
The released oil mist is directed through a mechanical filtration system where contaminants are captured within the filter elements. Through the combined effect of coalescence and gravity, clean air is discharged back into the atmosphere.

Benefits of using oil mist extraction
Extends generator service life
Easy installation and low maintenance
99.9% efficiency with particle sizes down to 0.1 micron
Compact and robust design
Extraction system with precise vacuum control for up to four bearings using an oil mist separator
Oil mist can lead to contamination, increased maintenance requirements, and safety risks in industrial facilities. An oil mist separator provides effective filtration by removing oil particles from the air and reducing emissions. This not only creates a cleaner and safer working environment, but also lowers operating costs and extends the service life of lubricating oil systems. 30,000 maintenance free operating hours
FRANKE-Filter has developed a mechanical system for handling oil mist with an efficiency of 99.9%. The principle is based on generating a constant vacuum within the lubricating oil system. The released oil mist is directed through a mechanical filtration system where particles are captured within the filter elements. Through the combined effect of coalescence and gravity, the lubricating oil is returned to the tank, while clean air is discharged into the atmosphere.
The oil mist extraction system provides approximately 30,000 maintenance free operating hours before filter cartridges need to be replaced.
We have strong references with turbine manufacturers such as Siemens and GE, as well as power companies including Statkraft, Akershus Energi, Hafslund, Agder Energi, and BKK.
