For å beskytte varmevekslere mot partikler, avfall og korrosjon har Ditech levert en spesialtilpasset filtreringsløsning for sjøvann. Anlegget er prosjektert for en kapasitet på 234 m³/h og består av et grovfilter og et selvrensende automatfilter – begge i slitesterkt duplex-stål både innvendig og utvendig. Grovfilteret fjerner større partikler og har inspeksjonsvindu for enkel tilstandskontroll, mens det selvrensende filteret med metallskraper effektivt fjerner mindre partikler i kontinuerlig drift. Sammen sikrer de optimal vannkvalitet, lavt trykktap og lang levetid for varmevekslerne – selv i krevende sjøvannsmiljøer.
Ditech har levert filterkorger og filterposer til flere av Hydro Husnes sine renseanlegg, der Ditech har blitt valgt ut ifra pris og kvalitet. Hydro Husnes er underlagt strenge krav til utslipp fra miljødirektoratet og målinger blir gjennomført regelmessig. Rensing av luft fra produksjonen er særdeles viktig og det stilles høye krav til kvalitet.
Ditech har levert alt av filter på de forskjellige maskinene til service partner kopstad. Et kundetilpasset lager og nærhet til hovedlager er årsaker til at Ditech ble valgt som totalleveradør av filter til hele bedriftens maskinpark.
