Ditech has entered into a long term supply agreement with Solstad Offshore, covering the delivery of all types of consumable filters for their vessel fleet. The agreement has been effective since July 2023 and runs for a period of three years, with options for extension.
Ditech has signed a contract with Vard for the delivery of filtration systems for diesel, lubricating oil, and hydraulic systems for two new vessels for Rem Offshore. The vessels are based on the Vard 4 19 design and are CSOVs (Construction Service Operation Vessels). They are scheduled for delivery in 2023 and will operate as service vessels for the maintenance of offshore wind farms.
Sølvtrans is a global leader in the transport of live fish. Following the merger with DESS Aquaculture Shipping, the company is now the world’s largest wellboat operator. Ditech has signed a strategic agreement with the shipowner, making us the exclusive supplier of consumable filters to the entire Sølvtrans fleet. In addition, we will map their complete filter requirements and establish a strong framework for long term cooperation.
Bluewild is a seafood company based in Ålesund, employing 90 people on shore and at sea. The company owns and operates the freezer trawlers M tr Langenes and FT Ishavet. Towards the end of 2023, Bluewild will take delivery of the innovative new vessel ECOFIVE, built by Westcon Yards and designed by Ulstein. ECOFIVE is a forward looking factory trawler concept with a strong focus on fish welfare and sustainable solutions.
