General information
We are open for collection and ordering of filters Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:00.Questions? Please contact us.
Invoices can be sent to our finance department by email to invoice@ditech.no.Please include reference information to ensure fast and correct processing.
We offer payment via EHF and invoice for business customers. Payment terms and alternative payment solutions are agreed upon during customer registration.
Shipping costs vary depending on weight, volume and delivery destination. The shipping cost will be stated on the invoice once the order has been packed.
Filters can be collected at the customer reception at our warehouse in Borgeskogen 13, Stokke, Sandefjord. Please arrange collection in advance.We also offer delivery directly to your preferred address.
Technical questions
Micron is a unit of measurement that indicates how small particles a filter can capture. One micron equals one thousandth of a millimetre.
Filter media is the material within the filter that captures or retains particles from liquids, air or gas.
Nominal filtration indicates that the filter captures a high percentage of particles of a specified size, but not all.
Absolute filtration means the filter retains virtually all particles above the stated micron rating, providing a more predictable and consistent filtration performance.
Temperature affects viscosity and flow rate. Cold fluids have higher viscosity, resulting in increased resistance, higher pressure drop and reduced filtration efficiency.
Preheating the fluid can ensure stable operation, improved filtration performance and extended filter service life.

Maximum operating pressure is the highest pressure the filter and filter housing are designed to withstand during normal operation. Exceeding this limit may cause deformation, leakage or failure. Filter selection must always be matched to the system’s operating pressure.
Bag filters offer high dirt holding capacity and are typically used for coarser filtration and applications with higher particle loads.
Cartridge filters provide more precise filtration and are used where higher cleanliness levels and stable filtration performance are required.
Delivery and stock
Delivery time depends on stock availability and your location. Standard delivery is normally within 1–5 business days.
For non stock items, delivery time is typically 10–14 days. Special orders and filters manufactured to order have longer lead times.

Yes. For urgent requirements, we can offer express delivery on selected products, subject to stock availability. Please contact us for quick confirmation.
If an item is not in stock, it will be ordered from the manufacturer. Delivery time will be clarified and confirmed before the order is placed.
Yes. Partial deliveries can be arranged when required, for example for project deliveries or when items have different availability.Freight terms are agreed upon separately.
Goods are securely packed and clearly labelled with order number, reference and delivery information to ensure easy receipt and handling.Upon request, we can pack and label deliveries by machine, application or similar criteria.
If you have received an incorrect filter, please complete the return form and contact our customer service to arrange return and replacement.Kindly provide the order number and product details to ensure fast processing.

Customer portal and ordering
Yes. In our customer portal, you can search for filters that match your specific machines and equipment. We also provide guidance if you are unsure which filters you need.
The customer portal is available to registered customers. You can request access by contacting us, or register directly on our website.
