Yes. In our customer portal, you can search for filters that match your specific machines and equipment. If you are unsure which filters you need, our team is available to provide guidance and recommendations.
Delivery time depends on stock availability and your location. Standard delivery is typically within 1–5 business days.For made to order items, delivery is normally 10–14 days. Custom manufactured filters may have longer lead times. Please contact us if you need confirmation of delivery time for a specific product.

The customer portal is available to registered customers. You can request access by contacting us, or register directly through our website.
If you have received an incorrect filter, please complete the return form Returns form and contact our customer service to arrange a return or replacement.Kindly provide the order number and product details to ensure efficient handling.

Invoices may be sent to our accounts department by email at invoice@ditech.no.Please include relevant reference information to ensure prompt and accurate processing.
We offer EHF invoicing and standard invoicing for business customers. Payment terms and alternative payment solutions are agreed upon during customer registration.
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight, volume, and destination of your order. The final shipping cost will be shown on the invoice once the order has been packed.
Filters can be collected from the customer reception at our warehouse located at Borgeskogen 13, Stokke, Sandefjord. Please arrange pickup in advance.
We also offer delivery directly to your preferred address.
