Ensures stable process quality Precise filtration down to 25 microns delivers consistent product quality while protecting downstream equipment and process integrity.
Contributes to high operational efficiency The SpiroKlene™ wiper system maintains constant flow and significantly reduces the risk of blockage.
Reduces maintenance and operating costs Reusable filter elements combined with a simple design enable fast cleaning and cost effective servicing.
Improves health, safety, and environmental conditions The fully enclosed construction eliminates vapour release and reduces operator exposure to liquids and chemicals.

Features & Benefits

How does it work?

The Self Cleaning Russell Eco Filter® is a fully enclosed unit that continuously removes contamination from liquids. The filter is fitted with a removable filter element featuring precisely defined apertures designed to retain solid particles.

To ensure consistent filtration performance, the filter element is continuously cleaned by an integrated wiper system. At the same time, retained particles and impurities are directed to a collection zone, where they can be removed without interrupting production.
