TP Bag Filters

HiFLux TP bag filters are used when there is a need for a reliable filtration all the way down to 1µm and with a high dirt holding capacity. The Filter housings are designed for 10 or 16 bar working pressure and are equipped with a simple and secure closing system. This ensures the downtime when changing filter bags remains low, and the utilization og the system is high.

The design is compact and filtration area inside is maximized to ensure best possible flow and small differential pressure throughout the installment.

The filter consist of 3 main elements:

• Filter housing - Designed according to relevant pressure vessel norms, and the material is stainless and acid-proof steel (SUS316 (Mini EN 1.4404))
• The support basket gives the filter bags mechanical strength and secures that the bag can withstand a differential pressure up to 2 bar. As an extra possibility the support basket can be delivered with a high efficiency magnetic rod, which withhold small magnetic particles.
• The filter bag can be delivered in different kind of materials and filtration ratings. the sewing techinque and thread used ensures a robust bag that dont get perforated easily. The material is chosen depending on the desired filtration rating and dirt holding capacity.

Typical specifications includes choice of material, size of ports, pressure and temperature levels. Approved according to the PED directive 97-23-EF.

District heating, Cosmetic liquids, Condensate, Sewage, Cooling water, processed water, sugar resolutions, Varnish, Cleaning fluids, vegetable oils, Glue, Chemicals and paint.
