Bluewild is a seafood company based in Ålesund, employing 90 people on shore and at sea. The company owns and operates the freezer trawlers M tr Langenes and FT Ishavet. Towards the end of 2023, Bluewild will take delivery of the innovative new vessel ECOFIVE, built by Westcon Yards and designed by Ulstein. ECOFIVE is a forward looking factory trawler concept with a strong focus on fish welfare and sustainable solutions.

Ditech will deliver GreenOil filtration systems that ensure continuous purification of diesel and lubricating oil on board Bluewild’s new factory trawler, ECOFIVE. The reason Ditech was selected as supplier is that the filtration systems feature low energy consumption, minimal waste generation, and simple operation. We are proud to be a local supplier to the innovative ECOFIVE concept, an eco friendly fishing vessel.
