Øyvind Sivertsen has served as Managing Director for 11 years and is one of the three founders of Ditech AS, which was established 31 years ago. At the age of 65, Øyvind is now stepping back from the role and will continue as a sales representative and technical advisor going forward.

The new Managing Director is Morten Andre Karlsen, who brings experience from sales and management within the electrical and automotive industries. Karlsen is a focused and engaged leader who assumes an important role in the company. With several recent hires, Ditech is well underway in a generational transition.
