In November 2021, Ditech AS entered into a long term supply agreement with Skagerak Kraft and Skagerak Varme with a duration of three years and options for a further two year extension. Under the agreement, Ditech is appointed as the total supplier of operating and ventilation filters for all Skagerak power and heating plants across Norway.
Skagerak Kraft AS is among Norway’s largest producers of renewable energy. In 2020, the company generated 6,358 GWh of electricity, corresponding to approximately 4.1 percent of Norway’s total annual hydropower production. Reliable filtration solutions are therefore essential to ensure stable operation, high efficiency, and long equipment lifetime across their facilities.

The decision to select Ditech as a preferred partner was based on a comprehensive evaluation including competitive total cost, favorable freight terms, a robust solution for online purchasing, as well as strong stock availability and product accessibility.
Skagerak Kraft has a strong internal focus on digitalization and efficiency within procurement processes. As part of the tender, suppliers were required to support integration with Skagerak’s e commerce platform. This requirement was a key factor in the selection of a total supplier for operating and ventilation filters. Ditech also scored highly on technical competence and will carry out a thorough mapping of filter requirements across operational areas.
