Service Partner Kopstad AS is part of NCB Holding AS. Within this group are companies such as Oskar og Tormod Wike AS, Solum Pukkverk AS, Machine Partner AS, and Handling Partner AS. Service Partner Kopstad operates as a dedicated company responsible for maintenance of the complete machine fleet across all group companies.
The fleet consists of approximately 130 machines over one tonne, covering more than 17 different brands and manufacturers. The equipment includes excavators, dumpers, wheel loaders, tractors, trucks, crushing plants, and other construction machinery where reliable filtration is critical.
Ditech has delivered complete filter solutions for the full range of machines operated by Service Partner Kopstad AS. A customer adapted local stock solution combined with close proximity to Ditech’s main warehouse were key reasons why Ditech was selected as the total supplier of filters for the company’s entire machine fleet.

Saving time on filter purchasing
The ability to collect filters locally, combined with strong service and a customer adapted warehouse solution, were decisive factors in Ditech being chosen as the total filter supplier for the entire machine fleet. Service Manager Jan Egil Wold Hansen at Service Partner Kopstad confirms that they now spend significantly less time and fewer resources on filter purchasing than before, as all filter maps are available in the customer portal.
After Ditech mapped the entire machine fleet, Service Partner Kopstad has reduced the time spent on sourcing filters. In the customer portal, all filter maps are structured with the machine’s internal number, serial number, model description, and registration number where applicable. This makes it easy for buyers to search for the correct machine under “My filter maps” and order the right filters every time.
