Future proofing Ditech

In recent years, Ditech has experienced steady growth and has recently invested in new, modern premises in Borgeskogen, Sandefjord. The relocation, completed in April 2024, provides increased warehouse capacity and improved logistics, further strengthening the company’s ability to deliver efficient filtration solutions to the Norwegian market. The partnership also reinforces Ditech’s focus on digitalisation, where the customer portal and e commerce solutions play a key role in simplifying filter management for customers.

Jan Brattberg, Managing Director of Driveline Solutions, sees significant potential in the collaboration:“This partnership represents a strong opportunity. Ditech holds a solid position in the Norwegian filtration market, and we look forward to building on the company’s success. Their technical expertise, market insight, and ability to deliver tailored solutions align very well with our strategy. The partnership enables us to leverage synergies and further develop our shared focus on high quality filtration solutions.”

Continued development with continuity

Ditech will remain an independent company, and daily operations will continue as before. Morten Andre Karlsen will continue as CEO, together with Johannes Solsvik, Head of Sales, and Marthe Benedikte Frydenberg, Marketing Manager, who will also retain their shareholdings in the company.

“For our customers and employees, this is a positive development. We gain access to new resources while maintaining our identity and strong customer focus. The partnership strengthens our ability to meet future requirements in terms of technology, service, and sustainability,” says Karlsen.

With this strategic partnership, Ditech is well positioned for continued growth while preserving its core values and close market presence. Through close collaboration with Axel Johnson International, Ditech takes an important step toward an even stronger and more future oriented filtration business in Norway.
