TM Magnet filter

HiFlux TM Magnet filters for high pressure systems are used when there is a need for a reliable and effective stop to magnetic particles all the way down to 1µm size.

The filter housing is designed for 10 or 16 bar working pressure and is equipped with an easy and secure locking mechanism, securing a fast and easy cleaning process, and minimal amount of downtime.

the unique Magent system secures that magnetic particles is held back from the toal flow. this is achieved by forcing the liquid through a magnetic field, genrated by magnets with shifting polarity, which traps and keeps the unwanted magnetic particles. effective all the way down to 1µm particle size.

The effectivety of the magnetic system is dependent on the viscosity, velocity and temperature of the liquid thorugh the magnetic field.

Special modifications will be delivered after customer specifications. Typical specifications contains choice of materials, connection ports, special pressure or temperature requirements.
