Self-Cleaning Filters for Food and Beverage

Stepwise Filtration for Optimal Performance

The system is designed for a capacity of 240 m³/hour, split across two parallel lines of 120 m³/hour each. This setup ensures flexibility, operational reliability, and consistently stable water quality throughout production.

Filtration is performed in three stages:

Pre-filter (50 micron) – removes coarse particles and reduces the load on downstream filtration
Secondary filter (10 micron) – captures finer particles for enhanced water quality
Fine filter (1 micron) – delivers near particle-free water, preparing it for subsequent treatment

This structured approach guarantees efficient, continuous filtration and maximized protection for downstream processes.
